Your booking is not confirmed until the contract is returned with the non refundable booking fee. Your booking fee will be taken from your final payment and is not in addition to the agreed quantity.
1 hour set up time and take down time is required for the Photo Booth. If the purchaser or venue require the booth to be set up or dismantled more than 30 minutes prior or after this, then a rate of £30 per hour will be added.
The booth dimensions are 8ft x 8ft x 8ft. This must be taken into consideration when deciding on the location of the setup. Any lighting fixtures in the ceiling or on the walls must be accounted for in this measurement as the booth may not be within close proximity to any heat or light sources. This size does not include the props table, red carpet etc.
The photo booth is an indoor only product and is not suitable for outdoor use or inside a Gazebo. The use within a marquee should be discussed before agreeing to this contract.
If there is no possible way to install the booth in the venue, due to not using this information correctly, the fee must still be paid.
The agreement of the Photo Booth is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control (Force Majeure). If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by the operator to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. Should the operator be unable to procure a replacement, Purchaser shall receive a full refund. Purchaser agrees that in all circumstances, the operators liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that the operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract. All booking fees are non-refundable.
It is understood that if this is a "Rain or Shine" event, the operator’s compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. The operator’s compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
The operator will use their discretion when dealing with intoxicated customers and as such, will use the named person on this contract as a point of call if action needs to be taken for the safety of themselves or equipment. The named person will be held accountable for intentionally damaged or stolen equipment.
The Operator requires a minimum of one 15-20-amp circuit outlet from a reliable power source within 5 meters (along the wall) of the set-up area. This circuit must be free of all other connected loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to operator’s equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the purchaser or venue.
This agreement is not binding until signed by both Purchaser and the operator and the operator has received it with the deposit for the event. Any changes must be written and signed by both the Purchaser and the operator. Oral agreements are non-binding.
THE PARTIES hereto promise to abide by the terms of this agreement and intend to be legally bound thereby.
